Wailea Highlands is a 24 lot residential subdivision sited on 14 acres. With an average lot size of over 20,000 sf, the Highlands boasts the largest average lot size of any subdivision within the Wailea Resort Community.

All lots are constructed with exceptional views with ten lots located along the 17th fairway and green of Wailea's Blue Course. The Wailea Highlands was a unique development for PRL.

All lots were pre-sold, for an average price of $500,000, prior to the acquisition of the underlying parcel and contract documents required buyers to deposits 100% of the purchase price prior to commencement of construction of the subdivision.

The project was completed in 1999. Resales of Wailea Highlands lots have recently been as high as $900,000 with three lots in escrow as of March 2000.
