John Zapotocky - President, Wenatchee, WA and Maui, HI

John has led Pacific Rim Land, Inc. for the past nine years. During that time PRL has expanded from a single project to a multi-project enterprise in Hawaii. PRL has also established a presence as a real estate investor in Dallas and Western Washington. John's previous experience in the Hawaiian development industry includes staff and management positions with Kaiser Aetna, Wailea Development Company, Mokuleia Homesteads and as a self-employed consultant to a variety of Hawaiian developers. John is a graduate of the University of Hawaii- College of Business Administration with a B.A. in Economics, and M.B.A. and post graduate work in Finance. He has been a community bank director in Texas and is currently a director of NCW Bank in Wenatchee; and is involved in professional and community organizations.

Bill Terhaar - Property Manager

Bill is a graduate of the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. Bill provides PRL experience in managing a large portfolio of real estate assets; has worked as a hearings officer for the Washington State Board of Tax Appeals; as well as having his own real estate brokerage & appraisal firm. Bill has been with PRL for 3 years and has the responsibility of managing projects involving sales, marketing, planning and development, lease negotiations and acquisitions.

Esther Nolan - CPA - Controller

Esther is a graduate of Central Washington University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She brought her twelve years experience as an accounting supervisor for Goodfellow Bros., Inc. with her upon her transfer to Pacific Rim Land, Inc. in June 1999. Her responsibilities at PRL include, but are not limited to, managing the banking of related investment & development companies; establishing review procedures for and reviewing financial statements; as well as ensuring that federal & state licensing, taxing and filing requirements are met.

Diane Abitz-Grgich - Accountant

Diane is a graduate of Central Washington University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Her previous work experience includes a variety of accounting and bookkeeping positions in Washington state and Wenatchee, WA areas prior to joining PRL in 1999. She is responsible for financial statements, excise tax reports, & bank reconciliations at Pacific Rim Land.

Clare Meyette - Administrative Assistant

Clare is a graduate of IBM Business Institute with an Associate Degree in Travel & Tourism; with considerable experience involving in many dimensions of the travel industry. Clare is responsible for a multitude of administrative tasks and accounts payable and receivable functions for all Pacific Rim Land's related companies.
