The Meadowlands is phased residential subdivision designed to offer an affordable place for Maui families to live. Phase I consisted of 32 homesites and Phase II offered a total of 88.

Phase II sold out 48 units in 16 months. The remaining 40 units were acquired by Self Help Housing Corporation of Hawaii and will begin construction in 2000.

Each phase of the development offered a choice of houses on lots ranging from four-to-five thousand square feet. This project was completed by PRL in 2000.
